Hi, I’m Mije — a dedicated personal trainer, biochemist, and Kru in Muay Thai passionate about helping people move, grow, and thrive.
About
I bring a rare blend of scientific expertise and elite athletic experience to every client I work with. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology: Biochemistry from UC Berkeley and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Biochemistry at San Francisco State University. I design evidence-based training and nutrition programs that are both effective and sustainable.
As a Kru in Muay Thai, I’m proud to be one of the few female instructors worldwide, officially certified by the Thai government through the Thai Ministry of Education. My experience spans private coaching, clinical fitness programming, gym management, and martial arts instruction, allowing me to train a wide range of individuals — from beginners and athletes to those recovering from injuries.
My mission is simple: to empower every individual to build strength, confidence, and resilience — inside and out.
